Trang này hướng dẫn cách xoá dữ liệu bạn đã tạo hoặc kết nối trong AI Video Ads.

Cách 1 — Tự xoá ngay trong ứng dụng (tức thì)

• Xoá video (kèm ảnh, âm thanh, file render) trực tiếp trong ứng dụng
• Ngắt kết nối bất kỳ tài khoản Facebook/YouTube/TikTok nào trong phần Cài đặt → Access Token bị xoá khỏi hệ thống ngay lập tức

Cách 2 — Yêu cầu xoá toàn bộ tài khoản

Gửi email đến para.disemin89@gmail.com với tiêu đề "Yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu", kèm theo:

• Tên đăng nhập trong ứng dụng
• Địa chỉ email bạn dùng để liên hệ

Chúng tôi sẽ xoá toàn bộ tài khoản và dữ liệu liên quan (video, kịch bản, ảnh, file âm thanh, file render, và toàn bộ Access Token mạng xã hội) trong vòng 7 ngày làm việc, và xác nhận lại qua email khi hoàn tất.

Lưu ý quan trọng

• Việc xoá là vĩnh viễn và không khôi phục được
• Dữ liệu đã được xuất/đăng ra ngoài trước đó (bài đã đăng, video đã tải lên, chiến dịch đã tạo…) nằm ngoài hệ thống của chúng tôi — bạn cần tự xoá ở nền tảng tương ứng
• Bản sao lưu định kỳ có thể còn lưu dữ liệu tối đa 30 ngày trước khi bị ghi đè hoàn toàn

This page explains how to delete data you created or connected in AI Video Ads.

Option 1 — Self-service, instant

• Delete videos (with their images, audio and rendered files) directly in the app
• Disconnect any Facebook/YouTube/TikTok account in Settings — the access token is removed immediately

Option 2 — Request full account deletion

Email para.disemin89@gmail.com with subject "Data Deletion Request", including:

• Your username in the app
• The email address you use for contact

We will delete your entire account and associated data (videos, scripts, images, audio files, rendered files, and all social access tokens) within 7 business days and confirm by email once complete.

Important Notes

• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
• Data previously exported or published elsewhere (published articles, uploaded videos, created campaigns…) lives outside our system — you must delete it on the respective platform
• Periodic backups may retain data for up to 30 days before being fully overwritten
